SO! Alot has been happening with me and my li'l fam lately as you can well imagine! Sorry it's been so long since i've updated, but I'm sure you understand.
Well, in the not-so-recent news, we got to bring Felicity home from the hospital a day early! The nurse called me Sunday morning and said that she was doing very well, and if I wanted to come and get her that day, then I could! SHUH! Hubby and I were SO there! It worked out great b/c noone in my fam had to work since it was a Sunday, so we had a little welcome home party for her! When hubby and I pulled in our driveway with Felicity, there were balloons and streamers and all sorts of fun "It's a Girl" stuff everywhere! Yay! It was awesome! Osh and Mandy were here too, so it made it ALL THE MORE enjoyable! It was a great time!
Also, my cousin Emily and Aunt Marlene came to visit that coming Thursday and they got to meet Felicity too! We had such a blast! Felicity is SUCH a good baby. I couldn't ask for anyone better and I wouldn't WANT to! She's soooo precious! She's just the most beautiful baby in the whole world! I wish you ALL could see her in person b/c pictures just do her no justice! She's so adorable! Her skin is so soft I rub my face on her cheeks ALL the time! She's just so much fun!
In other news... Today I got my ur did. ("hair done" for those of you who aren't Ebonese) I've decided that if you speak Ebonics, then you are "Ebonese." It makes perfectly good sense right? Anyway, Mom took the DAY OFF just for li'l ole me and Felicity! She drove us to the hair salon (b/c I am still not allowed to drive yet. I'm actually still not supposed to ride in a car yet, but we made this exception since the salon isn't far from my home) Anyway, I just got about 5 or 6 inches cut off. That's MAJOR for me by the way. I'm such a long hair lover. (for me at least) I just don't look nice at all with short hair. At least I don't think so. So, anyway, the girl cut it and I had her layer it too. Something that I haven't done in yeaaaaaaaars! It looks great! I feel so free as though 5 or 6 inches have been lifted from me! Well, Felicity did so well at the salon. Didn't fuss or cry at all! Nothing unusual about that though! She's such a good baby!
